• Liaising between vendors and couple

On the day of coordinating

Congratulations! You have set everything in motion! Now its time for you to relax!

As a Month of Coordinator we put on all the finishing touches:

• Ensure all wedding vendors have been paid fully and track invoicing

• Liaise between vendors and answer any final questions

• Day of coordinating to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Ensure thank you notes and cards are sent the following day of wedding

• Full Wedding Planning Services

• Provide guidance and research on the laws surrounding permits and licenses needed

• Budget Planning and Creation

• Keep track with Wedding RSVPS and Guest Lists Assist your guests with their Travel & Accommodation

• Coordinate with venue and vendors

• Planning site visit of the Destination

• Planning of Welcome Dinner and packages for your guests

• Creating Activity itinerary to keep guests entertained during their stay
